Here's Au Pied de Cochon's famous traditional ketchup recipe. While ketchup is an indispensable side for tourtière, it also pair perfectly with any winter dishes or summer BBQs. It adds a deliciously fruity and sweet touch to your dishes.

Ingredients:
Tomatoes, sweet peppers, cabbage, onions, eggplants, apples, squash, salt, sugar, vinegar, mustard seeds and spices.
