Made with Koroneiki olives grown in the fertile Messara region of Crete, this cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil delivers delicate notes. Its naturally low acidity (0.3–0.6%) and Protected Designation of Origin status are a testament to its exceptional quality.

This oil was discovered by chef Chuck Hughes through his Greek landlord’s family farm in Crete and has been a staple at his restaurant, Garde Manger, ever since.
