Artisan

Li Vecchi Santo had big dreams for his family when he set up his small gnocchi business in Prato, Tuscany in the 1990s. His dedication was rewarded with success, and today his two sons Gianluca and Tommaso have joined him to carry on his legacy. The family spends their days crafting delicious gnocchi in their shop a few kilometers from the city center. Despite the years that have passed, Li's dream has remained alive and well, as more and more people enjoy the evidence of his hard work through each bite of their authentic Italian gnocchi.

Potato flakes (water, dehydrated potato flakes), 00 Soft wheat flour, Potato starch, Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt., water, salt) 2.53 %, Flavour,  Salt, Acidity regulator: citric acid, Preservative: sorbic acid.

Conservation

Store in a cool and dry place at temperatures not exceeding 25°C (77°F). After opening, refrigerate at 4°C (39°F) and use within 3 days.
