Sicilian Almonds & Honey Chocolate with Criollo Cocoa
It contains a high percentage of Criollo (the rarest variety of cocoa worldwide, representing 0.001% of the global harvest). For our dark range, we use only two ingredients: cocoa paste and sugar, no soy lecithin, no vanilla, no cocoa butter. For the added ingredients, we use only the best Italian commodities, such as Piedmont hazelnuts, chili peppers from Calabria, etc.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass (of which Criollo cocoa mass 5.5%), cocoa butter, almond paste 16%, almonds 13%, milk powder, honey 4%, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin
