Pistachio pesto has a long and interesting history. It originated in Sicily, where it was created by Sicilian cooks as an alternative to traditional pesto sauces made with basil.

Pistachios 50% (Sicilian pistachios 25% , EU pistachios 25%), Vegetable oils (extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil), Salt, Black pepper.

Conservation

Oil separation is natural. after opening, refrigerate and use within 5 days.
