Crackers with Aged Cheddar and Fig Jam

Ingredients
Serves 6 to 8
- 24 34 degrees grilled onion crackers
- 100 g premium aged cheddar, cut in 1- to 2-mm slices
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) Dalmatia fig spread
- Fresh or dried figs, finely sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Place crackers on a serving dish and garnish each one with a slice of cheddar and a dollop of fig jam.
- Finish with a nice slice of fresh or dried fig and some freshly ground pepper.
- Serve immediately.
