Crackers with Aged Cheddar and Fig Jam

Ingredients

Serves 6 to 8

  • 24 34 degrees grilled onion crackers
  • 100 g premium aged cheddar, cut in 1- to 2-mm slices
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) Dalmatia fig spread
  • Fresh or dried figs, finely sliced
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Place crackers on a serving dish and garnish each one with a slice of cheddar and a dollop of fig jam.
  2. Finish with a nice slice of fresh or dried fig and some freshly ground pepper.
  3. Serve immediately.
