Joe Beef Coffee

It is in 1910 that the Union Coffee Co. was born in old Montreal's Marché Bonsecours.

The roaster opens up shop on Berri, Saint-Denis and Sainte-Catherine streets before settling at its current address on Jean-Talon Street, in the Mile-Ex neighborhood, in 1969. As a family business deeply rooted in Montreal's history for over a century, Café Union made its mark by importing exclusive beans and offering blends tailored to its customers' palates.

Today still, customers can pop into the friendly shop on jean-talon to chat about coffee, develop their own personal blend and find Italian espresso machines and accessories.

It was only natural that two Montreal icons, Joe Beef and Café Union, would come together to create a unique coffee.

Joe Beef coffee is the same blend as the one served at the restaurant. With cocoa and citrus zest notes and a finish enhanced by leathery aromas, it has delighted the establishment’s patrons for over 15 years.

The one-of-a-kind bag, created in Japan especially for Café Union, is resealable to ensure maximum freshness. Joe beef espresso coffee is available ground or in beans.
