Caramel & Pecans White Chocolate
It contains a high percentage of Criollo (the rarest variety of cocoa worldwide, representing 0.001% of the global harvest). For our dark range, we use only two ingredients: cocoa paste and sugar, no soy lecithin, no vanilla, no cocoa butter. For the added ingredients, we use only the best Italian commodities, such as Piedmont hazelnuts, chili peppers from Calabria, etc.
Ingredients: White caramel chocolate 87% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, lactose, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, anhydrous cow butter, caramelisised sugar (1%), emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavouring), pecan walnuts (13%)
