Madras sauce

Madras sauce is used to create a curry dish that is satisfyingly spicy and is traditionally made from a tangier spice blend. Although it's typically used for chicken, it pairs perfectly with pork, beef and lamb, either as a curry or as a main component on the plate.

Ingredients: Water, Tomato paste, Vinegar, Buttery flavour oil (canola oil, soy lecithin, artificial flavour, beta-carotene), Onion, Madras curry, Garlic powder, Salt.
