UMAMI RAMEN & IZAKAYA is Canada's very first all-vegan ramen restaurant, opened since 2019. Thanks to the importation of a Japanese noodle-making machine, the establishment makes its own homemade noodles from organic wheat. The restaurant offers several varieties of ramen and Japanese bistro classics in vegan versions. Given the great demand for its products, the company launched UMAMI ÉPICERIE in 2021, its line of vegan products for grocery stores.
