Fruity Extra virgin olive oil of medium intensity.

Extra virgin olive oil that presents a green olive fruitiness of medium intensity, intertwined with ripe notes, allowing its delicateness, its elegance, and its extraordinary fragrance to stand out.

In the nose, herbaceous aromas and freshly cut grass blend with vegetable notes that remind us of tomato plant, fig tree, and artichoke, and of fruit such as banana and apple, leaving a light reminiscence of cinnamon cookies, that round out the oil giving it great harmony and complexity. In the mouth, the oil is enriched with fruit notes, such as apple, banana, and almond, all in their green, maturing stage, with a light, ripe tone.

Very delicate attack, eminently sweet, and the subtle bitterness and spice appear gently, giving the perception of elegance and harmony with the fruit, and leaving a lingering, fresh and elegant fruitiness in mouth that persists over time.

All of this distinguished complexity reflects the perfect fusion of the four mono-varietals that form the blend.

Arbequina (60%), Hojiblanca (20%), Morisca (5%), and Picual (15%).
