Barbecue

Ingredients

  • Sausage 
  • Brisket and ribeye
  • Spicy BBQ sauce Joe Beef
     

(150gr to 200gr of meat per person)

Preparation

  1. Start cooking your meat on the barbecue.
  2. The sauce should be applied towards the end of cooking so that it caramelizes but doesn't burn. Brush on, caramelize and repeat several times.
