Breaded Fish With Sriracha Aïoli
 
        Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds fish fillets, such as haddock, tilapia or cod
- Olive oil
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 6 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
 Brush both sides of fish fillets with Sriracha aioli. 
- 
 Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, chili, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. 
- 
 Coat fish fillets with this blend. 
- 
 Put the fillets on a plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes. 
- 
 Brush a baking sheet with a generous amount of olive oil and bake fish in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes. 
- 
 Carefully turn over and bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
