Broccoli with lemon and almonds

Ingredients
Serves 4 to 6
- 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
- 30 mL (2 tablespoons) Goccia di Sole lemon olive oil
- 25 g sliced toasted almonds
- A pinch of Favuzzi Lemon & Salt
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
- In a pot, bring to the boil a good amount of salted water. Blanch the broccoli for two minutes, then drain.
- Heat a wok or frying pan and combine all ingredients, ending with the blanched broccoli.
- Sauté for two minutes and serve immediately.
