Cheesecake Jars Au Pied de Cochon

For 2 pots

Crust

  • ¾ cup Graham crackers, finely crushed
  • ½ cup your choice of nuts, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
     

Garnish

  • 1 can Maple Condensed Milk
  • 1 brick cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon PDC Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Mint leaves
  • Raspberries

Preparation

  1. To make the crust, combine all the ingredients and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, whip the cream cheese until it becomes light and airy in texture.
  3. Gradually incorporate the Maple Condensed Milk and beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
  4. Add the Maple Syrup and lemon juice.
  5. In a jar, layer the crust and cheese mixture to your taste.
  6. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  7. Carefully add the mint and raspberries, and serve.
