Cheesecake Jars Au Pied de Cochon

Crust
- ¾ cup Graham crackers, finely crushed
- ½ cup your choice of nuts, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
Garnish
- 1 can Maple Condensed Milk
- 1 brick cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon PDC Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Mint leaves
- Raspberries
Preparation
- To make the crust, combine all the ingredients and set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the cream cheese until it becomes light and airy in texture.
- Gradually incorporate the Maple Condensed Milk and beat until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Add the Maple Syrup and lemon juice.
- In a jar, layer the crust and cheese mixture to your taste.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Carefully add the mint and raspberries, and serve.
