- 250 ml (1 cup) pancakes and waffles mix Stonewall Kitchen
- 1 egg
- 60 ml (3/4 cup) milk
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Butter
Preparation
- Whisk the egg and milk together.
- Add dry pancake mix and blend well, then stir in melted butter.
- Pour a small quantity of batter in a hot, oil pan.
- Flip when bubbles on the surface begin to burst and continue cooking until fully done.
