  • 250 ml (1 cup) pancakes and waffles mix Stonewall Kitchen
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml (3/4 cup) milk
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Butter

Preparation

  1. Whisk the egg and milk together.
  2. Add dry pancake mix and blend well, then stir in melted butter.
  3. Pour a small quantity of batter in a hot, oil pan.
  4. Flip when bubbles on the surface begin to burst and continue cooking until fully done.
