Strawberry and balsamic vinegar yogurt

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 250 ml (1 cup) fresh strawberries, halved or quartered
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) Divin Organic Favuzzi
- 250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Nielsen-Massey Vanilla paste
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine strawberries with half the vanilla paste and the balsamic vinegar.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with remaining vanilla paste.
- Divide between four bowls, garnish with strawberries and serve quickly with the bottle of Favuzzi “Divine” balsamic vinegar for those who would like a touch more.
