Strawberry and balsamic vinegar yogurt

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 250 ml (1 cup) fresh strawberries, halved or quartered
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.)  Divin Organic Favuzzi 
  • 250 ml (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Nielsen-Massey Vanilla paste

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine strawberries with half the vanilla paste and the balsamic vinegar.
  2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with remaining vanilla paste.
  4. Divide between four bowls, garnish with strawberries and serve quickly with the bottle of Favuzzi “Divine” balsamic vinegar for those who would like a touch more.
