The photo on the label shows the 12 founding members of the Molfetta Oil Cooperative, who joined forces in 1963 to promote the exclusive regional character of their olive oil. Nowadays, the cooperative produces both Etichetta Verde, a first cold-pressed oil, and Goccia di Sole, an oil obtained through drop-by-drop extraction.
