Naan bread pizza with cherry tomatoes and coppa

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 4 naan
  • Etichetta Verde Olive oil 
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) dried oregano
  • 125 g coppa (or prosciutto)
  • 796 ml (2 boxes) Favuzzi Italian cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g mozzarina
  • A handful of chopped basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Drizzle naan breads with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
  2. Add cured meat.
  3. With your hands, crush cherry tomatoes over a bowl to press out juice, then add on top of pizzas.
  4. Cook on the grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes, then top with mozzarina torn into chunks by hand.
  5. Wait until cheese has melted, remove from heat, add basil leaves and drizzle with more olive oil before serving.
