Naan bread pizza with cherry tomatoes and coppa

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 4 naan
- Etichetta Verde Olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) dried oregano
- 125 g coppa (or prosciutto)
- 796 ml (2 boxes) Favuzzi Italian cherry tomatoes
- 250 g mozzarina
- A handful of chopped basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Drizzle naan breads with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
- Add cured meat.
- With your hands, crush cherry tomatoes over a bowl to press out juice, then add on top of pizzas.
- Cook on the grill over medium heat for about 10 minutes, then top with mozzarina torn into chunks by hand.
- Wait until cheese has melted, remove from heat, add basil leaves and drizzle with more olive oil before serving.
