Dark chocolate and olive oil fondant

- 120 g dark chocolate
- 80 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 50 mL (3 c. à soupe) Favuzzi extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 eggs
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler and set aside.
- In a bowl, whip the eggs and sugar using a mixer.
- Add the flour and olive oil and blend well with a spatula.
- Finally, fold the melted chocolate into the batter.
- Pour into four lightly oiled baking pans and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on pan size.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a few minutes before unmolding.
- Serve with diced strawberries.
