Lemon and pepper tuna sandwich

- 220 g (1 pot) Albacore tuna, drained
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) finely chopped parsley
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) red onion
- 20 ml (2 tbsp) of Goccia Di Sole & Lemon extra virgin olive oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp) coarsely crushed black pepper
- Zest and 1 lemon juice
- Fennel & Favuzzi Salt, to taste
- 2 slices of bread, for serving
- 1 avocado
- Red Onion and Arugula, for service
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix tuna, parsley, red onion, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a slice of bread and garnish with thinly sliced red onion and arugula leaves.
