Lemon and pepper tuna sandwich

  • 220 g (1 pot) Albacore tuna, drained
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) finely chopped parsley
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) red onion
  • 20 ml (2 tbsp) of Goccia Di Sole & Lemon extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) coarsely crushed black pepper
  • Zest and 1 lemon juice
  • Fennel & Favuzzi Salt, to taste
  • 2 slices of bread, for serving
  • 1 avocado
  • Red Onion and Arugula, for service

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, parsley, red onion, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread on a slice of bread and garnish with thinly sliced red onion and arugula leaves.
  3. Pair with our new GoodDrink peach tea, served chilled.
