- Day-old or toasted bread
- Fresh tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Red onion
- Garlic clove
- A few basil leaves
- Goccia Di Sole oregano extra virgin olive oil
- Favuzzi Fennel & Salt
Preparation
- Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into dice.
- Mince onion and garlic.
- Place bread slices on a platter and top with ingredients.
- Add fennel salt and drizzle with olive oil.
- Leave to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before serving so the bread can absorb flavors.
