Serves 4

  • Day-old or toasted bread
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Red onion
  • Garlic clove
  • A few basil leaves
  • Goccia Di Sole oregano extra virgin olive oil
  • Favuzzi Fennel & Salt

Preparation

  1. Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into dice.
  2. Mince onion and garlic.
  3. Place bread slices on a platter and top with ingredients.
  4. Add fennel salt and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Leave to stand for 15 to 20 minutes before serving so the bread can absorb flavors.
