Smoked Herring Pate

Ingredients
- 1 tin Mary Manette smoked herring, drained
- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Preparation
Mix together with a hand mixer or in a food processor until desired texture is achieved and serve on toasted baguette slices.
Chef’s Note: for an added kick, add a few sprinkles of crushed red pepper flakes; for a bit more tang, top with pickled red onions or a bit of pickled horseradish.
