Polenta

Ingredients

Serves 6:

  • 1,5L of water
  • 500g of Principato di Lucedio's yellow corn flower

Preparation

  1. Bring water to boil in a pot with a thick base;
  2. Add 500g of yellow corn flour in a slow stream while stirring with a wooden spoon;
  3. Cook on low fire for about 45 min. and stir from time to time.
