Polenta

Ingredients
Serves 6:
- 1,5L of water
- 500g of Principato di Lucedio's yellow corn flower
Preparation
- Bring water to boil in a pot with a thick base;
- Add 500g of yellow corn flour in a slow stream while stirring with a wooden spoon;
- Cook on low fire for about 45 min. and stir from time to time.
