Oil with dominant flavours of green olive and artichoke, giving way in retronasal olfaction to highly persistent notes of bitter almond and green tomato.
Goccia di Sole is produced by the Molfetta Oil Cooperative, a cooperative located on the Adriatic coast and founded by a dozen producers who joined forces to become independent from industrial producers and make a superior quality oil with the region’s own olives. The oil is available in two versions, D.O.P. or Organic.
