Mango and Avocado salad

Salad
- 1 large mango, diced 2 inches
- 1 large avocado, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1/2 palm hearts box thinly sliced Dressing
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Intense Favuzzi extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small shallot, finely sliced
- 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) Honey - Salt and pepper
Vinaigrette
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Intense Favuzzi extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small shallot, finely sliced
- 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) Honey
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, carefully toss salad ingredients and vinaigrette.
- Serve right away.
