Ingredients

  • 1 tin (190 g) Mary Manette wild Nova Scotia herring
  • 1 tin (70 g) Mary Manette smoked Canadian mussels
  • A few handfuls of thick cut, salted potato chips
  • Buttered toast points
  • Capers
  • Pickled red onions
  • A few slices of smoked or candied salmon
  • Spicy mayonnaise (3 parts mayonnaise to 1 part Sriracha sauce and a dash of sesame oil)
  • Olives
  • Pickles
  • Pickled beans
  • Fried or bacon-wrapped scallops
  • Crackers
  • Shrimp
  • Bottled clams
  • Lemon wedges
