Smoked salmon with balsamic pearls

Ingredients
Serves 4 to 6
- 12 sesame crackers - 34 Degrees
- 300 g smoked salmon (or smoked trout), thinly sliced
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) sour cream
- 1 small pinch of sea salt
- 1 small pinch of pepper
- 1 lemon
- Planeta Extra virgin Olive oil
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped chives
- 50 g of Tasto balsamic vinegar
Preparation
- Sprinkle a pinch of fleur de sel, freshly cracked pepper and fresh lemon juice over crème fraiche and mix well.
- Lay out crackers on a plate and top with smoked salmon.
- Add a spoonful of crème fraiche and garnish with chives.
- Decorate with balsamic vinegar pearls.
- Lightly drizzle Planeta extra virgin olive oil over the top.
