Smoked salmon with balsamic pearls

Ingredients

Serves 4 to 6

  • 12 sesame crackers - 34 Degrees
  • 300 g smoked salmon (or smoked trout), thinly sliced
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) sour cream
  • 1 small pinch of sea salt
  • 1 small pinch of pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • Planeta Extra virgin Olive oil 
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped chives
  • 50 g of Tasto balsamic vinegar 

Preparation

  1. Sprinkle a pinch of fleur de sel, freshly cracked pepper and fresh lemon juice over crème fraiche and mix well.
  2. Lay out crackers on a plate and top with smoked salmon.
  3. Add a spoonful of crème fraiche and garnish with chives.
  4. Decorate with balsamic vinegar pearls.
  5. Lightly drizzle Planeta extra virgin olive oil over the top.
