Grilled rib eye with Joe Beef steak sauce

Serves 2
- 8 oz ribeye (about 2 inches thick)
- Butcher's blend Joe Beef
- Joe Beef Steak Sauce
Preparation
- Preheat barbecue on maximum heat.
- Generously season steak with Joe Beef Butcher’s Blend (spice mix).
- Cook steak on a very hot grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side (turn meat over only once).
- Leave to stand for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with Joe Beef steak sauce and a mango and avocado salad.
