Grilled rib eye with Joe Beef steak sauce

Serves 2

  • 8 oz ribeye (about 2 inches thick)
  • Butcher's blend Joe Beef
  • Joe Beef Steak Sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat barbecue on maximum heat.
  2. Generously season steak with Joe Beef Butcher’s Blend (spice mix).
  3. Cook steak on a very hot grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side (turn meat over only once).
  4. Leave to stand for about 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve with Joe Beef steak sauce and a mango and avocado salad.
