Venus Black Rice with Shrimps

Ingredients

Serves 4 to 5 

  • 200 g of Venus black rice
  • 200g of shrimps
  • 4 table spoons of moderate extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 table spoon of dry white wine
  • 1/2 table spoon of chopped parsley
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1/2 of a chili pepper

Preparation

  1. In a pan, grill the garlic, the chili and the shrimps in the olive oil for 5 minutes, then add the wine.
  2. Cook the rice in a large quantity of salted cold water during 30 minutes.
  3. Drain the rice, put it in a serving dish. dress it with the shrimps and sprinkle the parsley over it.
