Venus Black Rice with Shrimps

Ingredients
Serves 4 to 5
- 200 g of Venus black rice
- 200g of shrimps
- 4 table spoons of moderate extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 table spoon of dry white wine
- 1/2 table spoon of chopped parsley
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1/2 of a chili pepper
Preparation
- In a pan, grill the garlic, the chili and the shrimps in the olive oil for 5 minutes, then add the wine.
- Cook the rice in a large quantity of salted cold water during 30 minutes.
- Drain the rice, put it in a serving dish. dress it with the shrimps and sprinkle the parsley over it.
