Watermelon Soup

Ingredients
- 4 cups of watermelon cut into cubes (about ½ melon)
- 5 strawberries
- 3 tablespoons Favuzzi olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cava vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Nielsen-Massey rose water
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a blender just before serving and mix thoroughly.
- Makes 4 bowls of incredibly fresh and delicious soup.
