What is your framework? Here is Favuzzi's

Frameworks provide a way of understanding the world and our place in it. They help us see how everything is connected and give us a roadmap for where we want to go. When it comes to business, having a framework can be essential for developing strategy, setting goals, and measuring success. Additionally, a framework can help to ensure that everyone remains focused on the same goal, avoiding any confusion or misunderstanding. 

This is Favuzzi Distribution’s company framework:

“We are in the fine food business.

We believe that the disproportionate space occupied by large food conglomerates in grocery stores makes it reasonable to believe that there is an opportunity to succeed in a so-called niche market segmentation.

We believe this is important because:

(1) It is very satisfying to bring delicious, quality products to market. It enhances and stimulates the creativity of all stakeholders in the food industry and ultimately the overall offering. 

(2) We help businesses grow and create manufacturing jobs by providing access to a distribution network that would otherwise be unavailable.

(3) We cultivate an exciting corporate culture where we spend more time talking about the quality of our products and the skills we develop to distribute them effectively across the country, than we do about volumes and market share.”

This framework gives everyone at Favuzzi a common language to communicate with others and provides a way to understand how our business creates value and how that value can be delivered to customers.
