Olive oil spread

This olive oil spread is much softer than butter. Unlike margarine, it contains no palm oil, not to mention it tastes much better !

Serves 4

  • 250 g organic butter at room temperature
  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) Favuzzi olive oil
  • 100 ml water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a small Mason jar or other airtight container.

Keeps up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
