Olive oil spread
This olive oil spread is much softer than butter. Unlike margarine, it contains no palm oil, not to mention it tastes much better !
Preparation - 5 min.
- 250 g organic butter at room temperature
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) Favuzzi olive oil
- 100 ml water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A pinch of salt
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Transfer to a small Mason jar or other airtight container.
Keeps up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
