White Tuna Salad

Ingredients

For 4 persons 

  • 300 g white tuna fillet
  • 200 g critmo (native plant) or 50 gr fruit of caper
  • 50 ml Planeta olive oil
  • Anchovies salt
  • 200 g sliced fennel

Preparation

  1. Cut the white tuna fillet, and dress with oil and anchovies salt.
  2. Boil the critmo in hot water and refrige.
  3. Cut a julienne of fennel. Dress fennel and critmo with salt, pepper, oil and put on the marinated tuna
