White Tuna Salad

Ingredients
For 4 persons
- 300 g white tuna fillet
- 200 g critmo (native plant) or 50 gr fruit of caper
- 50 ml Planeta olive oil
- Anchovies salt
- 200 g sliced fennel
Preparation
- Cut the white tuna fillet, and dress with oil and anchovies salt.
- Boil the critmo in hot water and refrige.
- Cut a julienne of fennel. Dress fennel and critmo with salt, pepper, oil and put on the marinated tuna
